Goran was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. After finishing high school there he headed to Belgrade, Serbia to study at the College for Sports Coaches. After graduating he went on to receive a bachelor in Sports Coaching Technologies focusing his thesis on opponent team scouting.
Last but certainly not least he graduated from the Euroleague Basketball Institutes Masters program before moving on to a full time role with the Euroleague.
Goran brings a plethora of knowledge to the podcast today with his experience in many roles throughout the basketball industry. From coaching and management roles on the team side to wearing several hats at the Euroleague to being the master leader for the Final Four events in Belgrade. He's done it all.
Today Goran runs the Euroleague Head Coaches Board with a mission to support current coaches and leave a legacy for the future coaches to build upon.
